Victoria is great! She listens to what you want done, directs you to different options if the 'style' you want won't work for your hair type and thickness. She does a great job for both my husband, and me!

Great customer service but every time i get my haircut they cut it shorter than what i want and being hairdressers you should know that if someone has natural curly hair you shouldn’t cut it wet as it will shrink when it dries. i know hair grows but just thought that should be told.

Been to this location a few times the past few years. Most stylists don't follow direction or care enough to make a cut even. i always notice too late, someone else always points it out. Next time I think I'll spend double the money with a stylist who actually cares about their work. I kept going back because at least everyone is friendly here. So because of the friendlyness it's 3 stars. Otherwise would be lower. Lost customer due to repeat bad haircuts over a span of a few years.
That I remember Ciara is the only one who made me leave happy. She's solid at least. 5⭐ for her.
