Patten's is an amazing company. They allowed our homeschool group a tour and we got to see all the aspects of their business. They have a great group of knowledgeable people and you can tell they really know the materials they work with and care about the quality and their customers. The amount of customization available is amazing, with a very talented artist on staff and they are able to get some amazing results. I would 100% use their expertise in the future.
Update: Patten Monument contacted us and within a few days made the repair to the concrete base. It looks so much better and my sister is very happy with and appreciative of the repair. Thank you for following up so quickly. I have upgraded my original rating of 2 to a 5.
My sister purchased a stone for her husband and it’s beautiful. However, the concrete base is too small. When we contacted the office in Schoolcraft to tell them, the person on the phone said, “what difference does it make?”. It makes a lot of difference. It was paid for, finished incorrectly and the customer service has been unacceptable.
My truck broke down right out front of patten's they were so generous! They gave us water and invited us in to cool off on one of the hottest days. We checked out some of the head stones and the artistry on their head stones is amazing. Beautiful headstones, and super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much!
