Culligan Rep Kurt Sells was wonderful. He taught me all about soft and hard water and showed me all the tests on my bottled and filtered water. I learned a lot. We are definitely switching to Culligan. The free in home visit is something you rarely see these days.
Great example of customer service over and above when our RV water pump died while winterizing our RV before temp drop - the Brighton Culligan team - Tim, Adam, and others - came to the rescue despite being late in the day.
