Dr. Fitzpatrick has been absolutely wonderful. My cat had bladder stones & Dr. Fitzpatrick has been on top of checking in on her throughout the whole process. She has been so great to work with

We take both of our cats and our two Shih Tzu to Haslett, and I've been extremely pleased with them over the six years we've been using them. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the vets are wonderful, and they seem very caring and professional. Some people complain that they want "too many tests," but most of the ones I've seen recommended for my own pets are what is considered best practice, per friends in the veterinary field. They always err on the side of caution. I appreciate that... I would rather know that we have covered all our bases than save a couple of bucks. Speaking of, I've also heard some people complain that they are too expensive. I think they are slightly pricier than other clinics in the area, but not massively so. I also feel like they provide a very high standard of care, and to me that is worth it.

We took our 6 year old bulldog into HAH because he was not doing well, loosing weight and falling over. Our previous vet closest apt. was 3 weeks out and HAH could get us in in 3 days. All the staff we encountered was kind, especially Dr. Fitzpatrick. She sent us home with different medication and made sure to call weekly to check up on him. Even when we brought our new puppy in, she made sure to ask about our bulldogs health. He sadly had lymphoma and we made the difficult decision to put him down. A week later, we had flowers at our door step from HAH. The sweetest staff ever, we won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
