Ideal Mortgage Services, LLC
“Nate and Kim are the best!
We were referred to Ideal Mortgage through our realtor, Cammi Robinson. She spoke so highly of Nate which we really trusted. After doing an initial meeting with Nate, we knew we were in great hands. He took the time to explain what the process would look like and answered all of our questions. As first time homebuyers, we were definitely new to the entire process and had many questions. Nate was always speedy to respond to my questions via texts and calls. Even with looking at houses, I really appreciated Nate helping me understand possible monthly payments so we would know what everything looked like before we offered. I always felt like I could reach out if I was unsure about anything. Not only was their work and customer service amazing, but we just really felt like Nate was a great support throughout the process. It felt like we had another cheerleader to help us through this really important life step. We highly recommend using Ideal Mortgage!”
