They know exactly how to fit a unit to your home. Other places tried to upsell larger wood inserts. The Reinke's stressed fitting to the home's square footage and why. I wanted a large viewing screen but after Jim explained why we needed a smaller unit, it made sense. 45 years in the business. HONEST and EXCELLENT customer service, we're buying our insert from Reinke's.

Reinke’s came out on short notice and replaced my wood stove chimney cap. I needed to replace the cap after removing my old one to keep the rain out. Reinke’s climbed on my steep roof and had me fixed up in no time. Thank you Reinke’s!
