I can not recommend making this your first call for Heating and Cooling needs. After troubleshooting my boiler for hours thinking I knew what I was doing - I decided it was time to get some professional help. Jim quickly answered the phone and walked me step by step through some additional troubleshooting and I was able to get my system going again. Thankfully did not need a service call this time but will never look elsewhere in the future. Jim is extremely knowledgable and patient and will get your home warm again! Save Performance Heating and Cooling's number in your phone and make it the first call you make for any HVAC needs!
So the Furnace at my tenant's rental house stopped on a Saturday night. I texted Jim the following morning. Not expecting a reply back because it was Sunday, to my surprise I received a text back shortly thereafter. I explained to Jim what was going on with the furnace. Later that morning Jim stopped out, diagnosed it, and replaced the igniter. Got it up and running and made for a HAPPY Tenant. Jim was professional, very reasonable, and I will use him in the future. HIGHLY recommended. 5-STAR!!!
Jim came by to replace a backflow preventer on my boiler and did a great job for a great price! He is very knowledgeable and even took time to look at my boiler and explain to me how it worked. I will definitely use this company again in the future!
