So the Furnace at my tenant's rental house stopped on a Saturday night. I texted Jim the following morning. Not expecting a reply back because it was Sunday, to my surprise I received a text back shortly thereafter. I explained to Jim what was going on with the furnace. Later that morning Jim stopped out, diagnosed it, and replaced the igniter. Got it up and running and made for a HAPPY Tenant. Jim was professional, very reasonable, and I will use him in the future. Jim came by to replace a backflow preventer on my boiler and did a great job for a great price! He is very knowledgeable and even took time to look at my boiler and explain to me how it worked. I will definitely use this company again in the future!
