Todd was honest, forthright and worked toward a positive resolution in my son’s case. Answering calls timely, after hours and when needed to ensure all of our questions were answered thoroughly so he could make the best, most educated decisions in his case, taking the extra time when necessary(which was often), and the outcome was better than expected. If we said thank you a million times it wouldn’t be enough. Todd is a great man, he truly cares and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear.
