“I was looking for a salon to walk-in for scalp braids to the back, I turned to my neighborhood African hair braiding salon where they were not only packed out, but I was told my hair was to short and I would have to get two rows of tiny braids for $160. I found Wuan on Booksy and he was able to grip my hair and get it exactly how I wanted it. He was very professional and fast, Da shop is a cool place for you to get your hair done or cut at. “As soon as I had my bridal trial done by Jackie, I knew I HAD to have her for my wedding day! She nailed it. I didn’t feel super over-the-top like a clown, or like an entirely different person, but just the right amount of extra. Perfect for photos. My makeup lasted all day and night, through all the sweat and happy tears, and I was sad to have to say goodbye to my face at 3am.
