It was my first time getting braids ever so I was nervous, but they were attentive, nice, and answered any questions I had. I had two braiders working on me majority of the time. It took some time but I’m pretty sure it was because of the length. I asked for waist length (they gave me butt length but I’m not mad lol). I most definitely will be coming back when I need braids again.“
