It's clear they genuinely care about their patients' comfort and well-being.

Originally Ken’s was recommended by Chad’s Plumbing and Heating to unplug our cottage sewer pipe. It was determined that our old, rough, deteriorating cast iron pipes needed to be replaced… the sooner the better. Quentin and Larry (their names are on their shirts!) came yesterday with their heavy equipment, expertise, humor and a few hours later we have new pipes! They dug up our yard but it was far LESS worse than we anticipated, and they put up with my sidewalk superintendent of a husband with great patience! I highly recommend Dan (owner) and his crew!
