I came across Lowell by luck. My husband and I were new to custom building and were completely clueless on where to start. All the other builders weren’t interested in talking me through the process because we had yet to buy land. But Lowell was very kind, helpful, and patient with me from the start. He informed us about contacting Gaye Blind, who formally worked for PRYSM, to make sure the land was buildable due to protected waters or critical dunes. With out his referral and her help, we could have bought land that wasn’t buildable. When we finally found land, he was happy to walk it with me to see if we could build on it. As soon as he said it was good, I knew I wanted him to build it. Everything went unimaginably smooth. He was able to take our vision and make it a reality. His workers pay close attention to every detail and we couldn’t be any happier with the result. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew for the beautiful home they created for us. We look forward to working with him in the near future!
