Things have drastically improved under Amal's leadership. I have noticed a significant amount of improvements from the staff, to appointments. Before there were issues with same day appointments. It was available but the staff never allowed patients to book the appointment. Under Amal's leadership, same day appointments are available and in a timely manner. Also another thing that has been improved is the follow up calls for important information such as the patient's personal information updates, to pharmacy changes, the staff quickly calls you to have them updated as necessary or if anything else is needed they will call you back. OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS I FELT VERY WELCOMED AND LISTENED TOO NOT RUSHED THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO EVERYTHING EVERYONE WAS BEYOND HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY I ORIGINALLY WENT TO SEE MY NEW DR MARIUM FOR A YEARLY CHECK UP I EXPRESSED I BEEN SUFFERING FROM SEVERE TOOTH PAIN SO BAD I COULD NOT SLEEP AFTER MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS AT MULTIPL DENTIST THAT KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUD ABOUT TAKING OUT A WISDOM TOOTH I WAS SUFFERING FROM PAIN FOR 6 MONTHS SAYING I NEEDED TO SEE A SPECIALIST JUST FOR A CONSULTATION I HAD TO WAIT 3months PLUS AND THAT WOULD NOT BE THEM EVEN REMOVING MY WISDOM TEETH WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AFTER EXPLAINING...read full review
I’ve had 2 great experiences with dental appointments at the Wayne location on VanBorn. I loved the doctor and all the techs who worked with me. Actually everyone there was extremely kind from my first phone call to make an appointment, when I checked in and filled out the paperwork, to my exams & cleaning. I wish I’d found this place sooner!
