KODA came out to wash our windows for the second time. As before, all aspects of the service were highly satisfactory. Our appointment was scheduled at a convenient time for us, We recieved timely reminders, the job Sam did was exceptional, and our window look spotless! We will definitely be having KODA clean our windows every year and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I decided to hire house/driveway powerwashing for the first time and obtained multiple quotes. KODA was not the absolute cheapest, but their price was a good value.I have powerwashed my own house for twenty years, and have never been able to remove the bug poop. I was very pleased to see that the solution used by KODA completely cleaned this old mess, leaving the vinyl siding unblemished. I had KODA come out for a house wash to clean off some "green" that was growing. Night and day difference from before the wash to after. They were quick to communicate with me and had excellent day-of service. I'll be using them again for any other door cleaning projects
