We moved and had our first experience here. We brought our 3 golden retrievers (Sam, Rosie, and Ollie) in and couldn't be happier with how they were treated and cared for. Friendly, kind and professional staff. Our female golden used to shake uncontrollably when going to the vet. She was nervous, but did not have anywhere near the anxiety at Hamilton Vet Clinic. I attribute that to how gentle their staff was with her. I definitely recommend this vet!
Our appointment started on time and took less than originally expected to complete. The staff was very friendly and informative, giving us great information throughout the entire process. We love this place and it's definitely worth the drive from Muskegon! 🐈🐈
After going to various vets, it’s clear that Hamilton is the best despite it being a while away from me. The staff over the phone and in office are extremely knowledgeable and helpful (front desk kids are a bit unfriendly but that’s most places) and talk price with you during diagnostic testing to make sure you’re spending what you’re comfortable with. While other vets may be cheaper, they want you out the door as quickly as possible without thoroughly checking your animal (ie my cat was at a different clinic and given a steroid injection despite them having no medical history of him or asking about it, no blood work was done, and his temperature was not taken...read full review
