Words cannot explain how grateful I am for Clog Squad. When my basement flooded, Ken and his team were more than willing to come out and help me. They were professional and kind and VERY trustworthy. As someone who is still new to the area, it can be difficult knowing who to call and trust. I only be using them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. 5 stars is not even enough to express how great this company is. Thank you again!!!!

10/10 Highly recommend! We had a CIPP Liner replacement with The Clog Squad (Mike and Mark) and everyone was kind, thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable, and completed the project efficiently with excellent service.
They left us with a thorough explanation and current technology-assisted video so we understood the process. The team had everything scheduled and confirmed with no communication disruptions —just all around a great experience.

Clog Squad was AMAZING. Super nice guys, very responsive and knowledgeable. They make sure that they explain what is causing your issue and what they would suggest to resolve it. I'd had a different, very large and visible company come out to give me an estimate on clearing roots from my sewer line. Their quote seemed rather astronomical so I contacted other places. Many of them wanted to charge to come out, but Clog Squad sent someone out for no charge. Mark was really great. He cleared the roots out at a fraction of the cost of the other company's quote and then also provided me with a quote to line the pipe so that roots wouldn't grow back in.
