The repairman from Burton Heating and Cooling was very prompt, kind and courteous in dealing with our elderly parent. The furnace just needed a tune up and a thorough cleaning and oiling which was done swiftly and we were assured that all was well. We really appreciate that they came right out when we thought there were major problems and took care of it. They are our Number One business to call for HVAC. Many thanks.

I contacted Burton via their online email form with a question regarding the wiring for a new Smart Thermostat I had purchased. Within a day I was contacted by Tim, who walked me through my issue over the phone, on a Saturday morning, to fix my problem with ease. Very helpful!

We switched to them as our new go-to HVAC resource. Awesome pricing, honest, helpful, and nice crew! They still do business the way it should be done, repair what can be done and would only recommend replacement if it was truly needed! Tired of getting pushed into complete unit replacement when it wasn't needed. Blew away the other Comfortmaker serive quote! To top it off they do tons for the community, I can't ask for better people to give my money to!
