Countryside Veterinary Hospital: Koski Kayce DVM

Said my American akita was over weight and wanted her to be 75 lbs but even the akc says that's the very bottom of the projected weight for my dog and 79lbs is still on the low end of her breed weight range. My dog also doesn't look fat so idk where they got that my dog should only weigh 75 lbs but I dont trust their judgment because of this and wont be going back. The communication while touching my dog was poor, my dog is already particular and big. My dog likes to be informed of whats going to happen it keeps her chill and in control. Hope this review helps improve service cause it kinda sucked 😕

I had a wonderful experience at VCA Howell. Staff and veterinarian were very nice! My 4 sweet kitties felt as comfortable as they could be at a vet! They got the cutest welcome bag with a scratcher, kitty scoop, bags, and toys! Would highly recommend and will be back!

Great customer service at the Hamburg location! Our fur baby had some sudden onset of symptoms and they didn’t even hesitate to get us in immediately and were so reassuring and friendly along the whole process. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and we will be lifelong customers!
