Wonderful service. Brenda is absolutely amazing! So helpful and cheerful. She did an amazing job on the arrangement and gifts for my sister. It's hard living down state as a Yooper... but when I needed flowers for my mom's birthday .. Brenda " just an employee" went above and beyond. She helped me choose a special birthday arrangement and called back to offer to pick up a pizza I was ordering to deliver personally to my momCan't go above 5 stars but Brenda sure went beyond normal service to make my mother's day special

I had to call last minute hoping I could get flowers delivered the same day (a Saturday) they have always accommodated me with beautiful flowers as I live down state, and my mother lives close to Gwinn. Always so happy with the arrangements they put together site unseen, nice to know that there’s still customer service out there, and we always want to support small local businesses. Thank you! My mom was so happy, said arrangement was absolutely beautiful ?
