Five stars!!! I called and asked if the shop could protect the red soles of a new pair of Louboutins. I brought them in the next day, and within a week they came back matching perfectly and protected at an amazing price.
I searched for a local place that does shoe heel and toe taps, & I found this place. I brought a pair of booties in & the gentleman was very friendly, & he did an excellent job putting heel/toe taps on the booties. His prices are very fair, & he provides excellent customer service. This place provides other related services too. It's rare that you see small local shops like this these days, & I believe in supporting local businesses when I can, so I highly recommend Grosse Pointe Shoe Repair!
