What a great experience! I had purchased a pair of glasses while in Europe and a nose tab had broken off. I went to 2 others stores, one wanted me to leave the glasses for a few days, as they had to special make a pad, the other store was unable to help. I looked up a store near me , and came out to Focus 313. I believe it was Jillian, who greeted me and fixed them in a matter of minutes, she replaced both pads, making sure the pads were correct after fitting them on me. No charge she said. A pleasant and exceptional staff. I'll be back

Best office ever!!! Dr. Johnsonbaugh is patient and compassionate. She was kind and understanding with my daughter and accommodated her many requests. She was more thorough than any office we’ve been to and found complications that were over looked by two other offices. Do not go anywhere else!!!
