What a gem! Not only did they do an amazing job with my nails, but the customer service here is unparalleled. I've been to most places in the area and have always felt that getting my nails done is such an unpleasant, even somewhat of a stressful experience. Also, I usually end up leaving with bleeding fingers and nails that chip within a week. From the moment I called to make an appointment at Pointe Nail Tech, they were so incredibly kind. They offered me coffee and cookies and let me take all the time I needed to pick a color. They took they're time on my nails, were very gentle, and the outcome was beautifully manicured nails. I've only been here 3 times but it's always a good experience. The nail techs are always nice and they have reasonable prices. You don't have to wait to be serviced. And nails are done in a timely manner so you are not sitting for hours. However if you are doing a walk in I would call first. They also do eyebrow waxing so if you're looking for something in the Grosse Pointe area I would suggest coming here

Pointe Nail Techs is the besssst, I have been seeing Cyndi for four years now and I can't say enough great things. My go-to is a shellac manicure (which is priced basically the same at all of the salons in Grosse Pointe) and I get compliments all the time on how long they last. Cyndi is humble and says that my nails just hold shellac well, but it's definitely her attention to detail that makes the difference because I've had shellac manicures from other shops that have peeled in less than a week-- at Pointe Nail Techs I usually get at least two weeks out of a shellac.
