Dr. Gibney is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and friendly, a great dentist. Her staff (Shannon, Amy, Heidi....) is also awesome. I really appreciate the great customer service!!

I wish Yelp would give me six stars for Dr. Gibney and staff. I was having gum pain and they fit me in on a holiday (made a special trip to the office to see me). The hygienist did a thorough exam and cleaning of the area and gave me detailed care instructions. A few days later, my gum was better! I am fortunate to have a dentist who cares enough about me to do this kind of thing.

Overall, a very competent dentist. It's a well run outfit, and they do a good job. The only reason why they don't get five stars is that they have a tendency to 'upsell,' so to speak. And by that, I mean that I was told that because of a certain procedure I had in the past, I have to come in every three months instead of every six. That was the first time that I had ever heard of quarterly dental checkups. I've had a lot of dental work, and I know for a fact that every three months isn't clinically necessary, but since I like the secretary, I'll keep going. Just not every three months.
