The clinic is clean and the staff is considerate, with Dr. Herzog being a standout for his exceptional care and compassion towards animals. The staff are always caring and compassionate, often giving treats to their patients, which pets seem to love. Many pet owners have been going to this clinic for years and are very happy with the care their animals receive. Their pets, including a 7-year-old Staffy rescue, enjoy their appointments, and the entire staff treats clients with kindness and respect. While some clients have experienced issues with the front desk receptionists, overall, the dedication of Dr. Herzog and the staff has earned a loyal following. However, it is important to note that Dr. Herzog is no longer accepting new clients.
5/5. Old school community Veterinarian. Not a new and fancy building, so if that is what you are looking for, you might be disappointed, but Dr. Herzog is a local treasure and will take awesome care of your pet. Also, their fees are very reasonable considering how expensive some vet care can be. Not looking forward to finding another practice when he eventually retires.
Great first time experience. Marybeth was pivotal in our coming in as first-time patients. Our previous vet was charging nearly $300 for an x-ray that i wanted done for our Lilys luxating patella. They never informed me that an x-ray wouldn't be necessary for this issue.

So glad we found Dr. Herzog! I have to echo the other reviews that say he’s an animal whisperer. We have some very nervous kitties and he’s so patient and gentle with them. Prices are fair and care is top notch. I also can’t say I understand the negative reviews about the receptionist—we’ve had nothing but good experiences with the two ladies at the front desk. Can’t imagine taking our babies anywhere else.
