He tuned the piano in a timely fashion and price was reasonable based my other people’s tuning prices in other areas. I asked Clem to correct another tuner's work. Clem was more accurate, faster, and cheaper. What's not to like?Clem is much more knowledgeable than me but still respectfully listened to me try to describe what I wanted and thoughtfully answered all my questions.
