Office staff is ON TOP of everything, and I love the way they give you an update if you're waiting longer than 10 minutes.

It is so nice having an Urgent Care facility on Grosse Ile. Mary, the nurse practitioner was wonderful as was the assistant and the receptionist I have been to this facility a few times over the years and have always been very pleased with the care.
