She is very knowledgeable about hair products and what works best for your hair type. The salon is always clean and nicely decorated in a great location with onsite parking which is hard to find downtown. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommend coming here!!!“

“I want to set the record straight on the gentleman who previously gave Focus on U a terrible review stating he was treated rudely and will tell the Vet community to not come there. I am a customer of Focus on U and have been for several years and they are wonderful! I also was as a customer there up at the front desk when this gentleman came in and he became extremely enraged when he was told they were unable to take him as a walk in and the local barber was not open. He then proceeded to go to his car and then swung around and threw himself back in the door swearing at all of us and flipping us off! He terrified all of us women that were there and when he left he sped out of the parking lot so fast he left skid marks for several feet! One of the staff members was shaking! So NO he was NOT treated rudely he was very rude and violent with myself and the female staff onsite! It is really scary that individuals are ready to snap for literally no reason! I was very worried and concerned for the staff and myself.“
