Kim at Greenville, MI location was phenomenal! She double checked everything about my prescription and and was extremely knowledgeable about ordering my new glasses. Best customer service I've seen in years!

I have had 2 wonderful experiences this week with a gentleman named Chris. He assisted me when I picked up my glasses very close to closing time and he was very kind and professional. My next experience was today when I came in with my husband's prescription from a different provider. Chris took the time to explain what the prescription was and help select different styles of glasses to best support that prescription. Chris is an asset to Walmart Vision Center. He listens to his customer and provides the best possible outcome. Thank you again Chris for your outstanding customer service.

I went there yesterday, my glasses were cracked. Amy was very sweet! She has great customer service! A very good listener too! She has many talents ! We have a lot in common! I appreciate a real person! There's nothing better than talking to a employee like a Friend instead of a receptionist! I look forward to seeing her again!Dr. Matt isn't that bad either!?
