Dr. Rachel Hollenbeck, OD is very professional and thoroughly informative. I like to know what is going on with my vision and she helps me to understand it all and give me the best vision possible. She is welcoming and very friendly and I appreciate that she doesn’t appear rushed to get to her next patient and cut my time short. I will recommend her to others.
Saw Dr. Hollenbeck for my refraction and updating my prescription. She is very pleasant and professional as is the whole staff. I also order my new glasses and see the opthomologist, they are a full service location
It is a good place to have an eye examination the only thing I could say you should be able to choose your frames before your eye exam.but other then that it is a nice place clean and tidy
