Doctor O'Donald was my dentist at this office. My friend referred me to him. Since she also works for his office I took her word for it. :) Super professional staff that really listened to what I was asking for. My treatment plan took months to achieve but the results have been amazing. The office helped me establish a care credit card that helped with expenses. The staff have always been very friendly. Now that Doctor O'Donald has retired my first appointment with Doctor Wallace will be in August. Stay tuned. I'm sure it will be great.
Over the years I have have several bad experiences with dentists. I have always have bad teeth and after an injury in high school they were progressively turning yellow grey and black. I spent most of my adult life living with confidence issues when smiling and trying to complete hide my teeth all together. When I moved in the area with my fiancé she convinced me to finally make the appointment and see what I could have done to make my self feel better. At this point I was semi comfortable with the way they looked ,I had never known anything different. I was nervous to find ANOTHER new dentist and go through all the comments about the way they looked. But after my first appointment at Dr.John C. O’Donald I felt so comfortable everyone was very polite and understanding of my concerns. They listened to my stories about the other experiences at other places over my life and they were nothing short of amazing. They explained different options and what would be best. And never left me feeling in the dark about what would done in the appointment. It took about two years but I finally have a smile I’m proud to show and I truly appreciate Dr. Wallace and Tiann Myranda. They were the two main people on my case and they went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable and kept up to date on what would happening next and the end result is unbelievable. I moved to the area a few years ago and have had very traumatic experiences with dentists since moving here. One of the dentists had tore the muscles in my face, dislocated my jaw and injured my ligaments. I am still in treatment for those injuries. Needless to say I was scared to death to go to yet another dentist! I am grateful to have found Dr. O'Donalds office. I see Dr. Willis and I cannot say enough about him or his staff. His assistant Tlian made me feel very comfortable and calmed my fears. Dr Willis is very gentle, patient, friendly and dose a great job. Jillian, his hygienist, is amazing as well. No pain cleanings and when she gives injections you cannot feel them at all. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming also. The entire staff make you feel like you matter and they truly care about you as a person which I feel has been lost in our current day so finding an office like this is rare nowadays. Thank you to the entire team for getting me back on a positive track! I would HIGHLY recommend this office !
