“Chad has been checking our roof for years now after storms, and for 4 years he’s said “your roof looks fine” which was bewildering to me because I’ve heard stories of roofers lying especially after a storm to get business, because of his consistent Honesty when we finally did need a roof I knew I’d be calling him. He answered every question promptly, he was clear and polite and helpful. When we finally got scheduled scheduling lady was awesome gave me all the info I needed. The roofers showed up and got to work, they were here at 7AM and gone by noon.“
