We contacted John to inspect a home we were purchasing. He was decently priced and from reviews seemed great. WRONG! After we had booked our inspection and we’re speaking with him at our inspection he then told us he had only been doing this for 2 years. Far fetched from the 10+ years his wife told us when we called to setup the inspection. Needless to say we have had nothing but problems with the house we purchased based on his inspection that it would be minor repairs. He “tested” our well and it came back after I had to call several days in a row to get the results which came back with bacteria. We asked for a roof leak inspection on a house we are buying. The inspection was done the next day. It revealed not one, but 2 leaks! The inspection report also provided estimated costs to repair. This information allowed us to negotiate with the seller so the issues could be resolved. I would definitely recommend John's Home Inspection. The fast friendly service was great!
