Very knowledgeable, to the point the man j was speaking was basically able to diagnose my issue over the phone. He gave me lots of helpful insights to both help my issue with my Buick Lacrosse, and to help reassure me that my transmission likely won't fail anytime soon. I highly recommend this service! My faith in humanity has been renewed. My college age twins were traveling from Charlevoix Michigan to Cleveland Ohio and a "hot trans fluid" light popped on in their car and it was stuttering and jerking. I called Will at Ideal Transmission and asked if my daughters could stop in to have him check the car and make sure they were safe. Without hesitation, he said absolutely. When the girls stopped, he dropped everything and immediately took care of them. Broke down after hours on a Friday night. Middle of nowhere. Called several auto places with no luck. Found Ideal on Google and got help right away. Owner and his son went out of their way to find us a tow to their shop and got us going under 30 minutes after that. Super super thankful for them. Great experience.
