Technician came out the same day I called. As a matter of fact, he arrived one hour early. Immediately went under my deck, found the nest put on his outfit and proceeded to kill the queen and eradicate the nest. He then sprayed around the house, 15 feet and and the house where he thought they might try to nest. Excellent service.
