Jeff Wyers with M&L Plumbing provided world class customer service! He was easy to reach and communicate with leading up to the install of our new Moen shower unit. In order to remove the old unit (due to a screw that I had stripped) an access panel would have to be made within my walk-in closet. He was very efficient, but very detailed with his work. I appreciated the efficiency since we pay by the 1/4 hour. He was also nice enough to pass along a military discount to show his appreciation to my 20 years service in the Air Force. I have attached a couple photos. I highly recommend Jeff and will be using him again for future plumbing needs!

Normally don't write reviews, but wanted to reassure that if you need plumber, these are GREAT guys.After 3 quotes from other plumbing outfits, I hired M&L to replace a burst water heater with a tankless model. It was a stressful mess of a day M&L went above an beyond to resolve our worries. Plus they did job and got us back up with hot water in a day. All his team were VERY professional, respectful, polite, clean & knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to me on converting to tankless, the pros and cons and the rework to the copper pipes.Basically everything you want from someone coming into your home. I give them 5 stars because 10 is not a choice. These guys are the best, they did 2 jobs for me, the 1st one was plumbing for full bath remodel in our basement, the second was installing hot/cold water spicket in garage. These guys ALWAYS come EXACTLY when they say they will come, they charge a fair price and do GREAT WORK. These guys are the best contractor in the Jackson / Grass Lake area bar none. Jeff the owner is awesome, wish I could find other contractors outside of plumbing that were like M&L, sadly I have not. HIRE THEM.
