Our last roofer was a relative of a friend. We tried to go cheap with our roof. We got what we paid for. He didn't even finish the roof. I got Ron's number from a co-worker who was very satisfied with her roof. Ron took his time and explained where our roofcwas not doing too good. He replaced SEVERAL boards on the roof. He didn't have to. I probably would not have known the difference since roofing is not my expertise. The communication between Ron and his crew was excellent. They answered all my questions. We are very happy with the job RAO Roofing did installing a new roof and gutters on our home. We live in an old farmhouse and RAO Roofing went the extra mile to insure the job was done right. We could of paid less to have someone else reroof our house but we didn't think they could match the quality we got from RAO Roofing. Ron kept us well informed as they progressed on the roof. His crew made sure our windows and the deck were protected while working and that the worksite was cleaned up at the end of the day. RAO Roofing takes pride in what they do. We would highly recommend them for anyone that is thinking about a roof replacement and/or gutters on their house.
Ron and his crew did an awesome job on our roof. You can tell they know what they are doing and take a lot of pride in their work. Ron's communication was great and I was aware of everything going on throughout the project. My roof looks great and I can sleep well knowing it was done right. I would highly recommend RAO roofing.
