My furnace would start to run but would not kick in. As it has done this before, a few times, I thought it was the igniter switch again. First I must say the lady on the phone (cant remember and I am bad at recalling names) is so nice. Is kind, caring, takes all info. and even try's to move their schedule around to get service to you on same day or next. And want to thank her for being such a wonderful person to talk with. Anyway Chuck came out that afternoon and said it was the igniter switch but he could not fix it because it was leaking carbon dioxide !!! Our old furnace of 25 years died on the coldest stretch of the year. Randy came out same day did some investigating work on our furnace. We came to the conclusion that we really needed a new one. We couldn't get a new one installed until the next day. Randy went back the shop and came back with some portable heaters to keep us kinda warm for the night. These folks are a 12 on a 10 scale. Would highly recommend Mark of the Z.
Our furnace died the day after Thanksgiving.
The folks in the office were extremely helpful and were able to help arrange the technician to come same-day. The technician Cole was amazing. Our furnace needed a part and it was going to be days before it arrived. Cole went above and beyond what was required to get the part we needed same day! Our family cannot thank Cole and Mark of the Z heating enough. The service was wonderful and the price was more than fair.
