The service was fine. Joshua went above and beyond and diagnosed an unforseen problem and fixed it. The only thing is that he took the instruction sheets and diagrams that came with each fixture that he installed and I need them for reference in the future. I'm hoping I can get those returned to me. Thank you.
UPDATE: Made the trip back to my home and returned the instruction sheets and diagrams. Top notch!
Great experience with Sparky’s, from submitting the online form, to getting a call within an hour, and having an electrician at my door within a day. Josh was awesome and had me back up and running within 30-45 minutes. Highly recommend this company.
Very courteous. Very smart when it comes to fixing issues. He found some major issues with the wiring and was did a very thorough job in explaining the situation and how to fix it. Fixed up the issues and set everything like new.
