“42 North recently did a whole facelift on our home. Windows, siding (from stucco to vinyl), gutters, fascia. The home looks amazing and the compliments have been never ending. The team was quick, as quiet as they could be-given the task at hand, respectful of our space and our schedules. We took a total of 6 quotes over 2 years before committing to our company and we chose this company because not only did they quote better than competitors (by thousands!) but they included prices for the 'what ifs' that can sometimes skyrocket a projects price. That was the part that sealed the deal, knowing the expected and the possibility left us feeling more informed. Other quotes intended to just cover the stucco with new materials. 42 North planned to take it off and assess the home underneath, they found framing issues, insulation issues, some rot... the works. They took it in stride and fixed everything quickly.
