Todd was outstanding. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. Clearly outlined everything from "must fix" to "cosmetic." Awesome experience.
Todd was super thorough explaining all the areas of concern and helping to determine what would be a priority. The full report included pictures and detailed descriptions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing their home (or their future home) inspected.
