Our sales rep was never pushy and didn’t attempt to pressure us when we let her know we were getting other quotes. Their pricing was competitive and we love the windows. Never over promised and under delivered. The installations were done in the timeframe committed to, there installers did a very professional job. And left everything cleaned up. We noticed a small area where they missed some caulking and they were back out in a day to fix it. Highly recommend.

I called exterious about coming out. And giving me a quote and replacing all the windows in my home, they were fast. And friendly, I called them back because I thoughtone of the windows didn't have enough calk on it and the guy came right back out the next day. And took care of the whole situation without any complaints.

Exteriors of Lansing is the best mid Michigan home improvement company in my opinion. I needed quite a bit of work done from the August storm. Customer service and scheduling were always 100 percent. KC really knows her stuff and kept us up to speed on all of the projects. All of the work performed was fantastic especially our brand new deck! Everyone was polite and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Well done!!
