Ameri Pro Restoration company's commitment to me as a customer exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience working with the leadership team Ron, Brad and Dan. We called American-Pro after a tornado came through and left a massive limb on our house, although the limb was still attached to the tree, it was a twist break. The crew came out and took care of the mess. They needed a crane and a cherry picker to lift and stabilize the limb in order to detach it all the way from tree. They also removed the limbs above the broken one which were also split to save us from future damage and to protect their workers. They were very professional, careful not to damage anything, not even our newly sodded lawn. After the major thunderstorms we've been having, my sump pump died on me and flooded my basement. Ameri Pro helped by sending someone out the same night to remove all of the water and put in a replacement pump. After that I was told they would come back out the next day to set up some blowers and check for damage. Mikahla got a hold of me and worked with me and my busy schedule to make sure everything was running right. She went above and beyond by telling me to get a hold of her anytime if something happens to the pump. 100% would recommend them.
