Studio T Pilates

I am the Program Director for a non-profit that works with young women who age out of the foster care system. We created a personal development program for our participants that teaches them life skills they desperately need to transition into a purposefully and stable life. Tami taught a series on nervous system education and awareness and another one on attachment. She was so good with the our young women! We can't wait to have her back in the fall! In addition, she has been working privately with one of our young women on parenting as it relates to the nervous system. Our young woman has been working with her for a few weeks and yesterday said, "Working with Tami, I have noticed I am not the parent I was. I feel so good about the way I am parenting now. She taught me how to do some movements that help me stay calm, and I've been doing them, and I can't believe the difference it's made. I am learning and I am not the same person I was when I started."

Love Pilates with Tami and was so happy to find the studio after moving to Grand Blanc. She is focused and attentive and quick to recommend adjustments due to my physical issues. After months of Pilates with her I can see and feel the difference in my body ... stronger, toned and clothes fitting loose (actually dropped a size).
