this wasn’t the worst company. They were kind. I worked here for a short period of time. Before getting my associates in nursing. Not a bad company just a little unorganized. They were extremely helpful to me. I’m very thankful. I have since then started my own AFC home.. And landed me a job at McLaren hospital things are going so great.
I’m thankful that they were able to help others.. And they do care about their patients. I just think one year I’m under staffed … Sometimes it can be a little hard. But overall, I’ll give them a 4 out of 5. wishing this company, nothing but the best.
This is an awesome company that works well with EVERYONE! Including the their clients.Each and every staff member in the Grand Blanc location are very attentive, nice, caring and helpful than most companies.Never any issues with getting in contact with anyone here 24/7. They’ll work well with your work schedule & personal schedule and any work related issues, you’ll never be ignored. No company is perfect but I’ve worked here for many years and Couldn’t say anything less.
I have worked with Soteria for many years with mutual clients that need home health care. The owners are compassionate, professional, and respond promptly. The office staff are amazing at keeping things running smoothly 24/7, communicating client’s needs and updates, and ensuring the clients alwayshave dependable caregivers that provide excellent care. The caregivers are great and truly care about their clients. Highly recommend this company.
