    I called on 9/2 to come out to my house to evaluate a problem with my pine tree. I was told I would receive an email to confirm a date. No email so far and it is 9/16. I also called and emailed them to tell them I still had not heard from them. Just received a letter saying the cost for a fungus treatment would be $369!but still have not heard when they are coming and they haven’t even seen the tree. Think they are basing it on a treatment they did for me a couple of years ago. Wish they had told me that I would have to wait this long for service So I could have called someone else. When I used them a couple of years ago I did not have this problem. I am extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

    Trust me, do NOT use this company. After 1 treatment for moles that didnt come close to working, I asked to cancel, I paid for the initial application, now they say they have no record of my cancellation. They have come out TWICE since then and billed me over $300 for it. They call my house 3-5 times per week and send me letters. Hey Lush Lawn/Safari Tree IM NOT PAYING. Honestly, if the 3 treatments had worked, I would pay them. So I have now offered them $75 to just go away and they arent taking it! Please, dont believe me, read the reviews of Lush Lawn and Safari Tree carefully and check the BBB as well, or just take my advice and STAY AWAY!

    I just hire them and they have so many “mis-communications” in clean English I customer don’t understand. Try yo fix double billing issue, I spoke to 4 different staff members and they all agree that I owe the money so I guess I need to go back to basic math. I started in June 12, paid, got cleared check on June 15, July 3rd get a bill for service, and before even paying Safari come back did another service July 23 get double bill. Try to figure out numbers with Billing staff they all say I owe not using the best way to explain. DONOT HIRE THEY will do what they want not what the offer when you get the contact. And if you try ti file a complaint they don’t do it and they tell you the we are wrong........
