We hired Carl and his Qualified Builders team to build our dream home, and they did not disappoint. This man used the worst lumber I have ever seen, he charged me for his refundable bond posted for permit , he screamed at his crew for using too many screws.. I could go on but my advice is don't get sucked in by a low-ball quote and don't hire him! Even his employee told me he never saw such wood and when I asked about his tactics the employee said "that's the way he is"!
