This 509 Grand Blanc Road Location has some really old machines; The Other Pro-Clean Location Located at 5229 Corunna Rd, Flint Twp, MI 48532 Just Got Brand New Machines Recently. So This 509 Grand Blanc Road Location is going to need to get some New 20-Pound Machines Pretty Soon; Just to be "Able To" Keep UP with their Competitors of the Same Pro-Clean Francise Name. My 3 Star Rating is for the 509 Grand Blanc Road Location with the really old machines.
The new washers are great
Dryers don't dry a load all the way for 25 mins... we always have to add 15-20 more minutes for them to be dried all the way through
I have gone to Proclean for years for dry cleaning and have never had an issue. Until this past week when I had pants altered for the first time. The alteration was fine when I picked them up but didn't try them on until I came home. They were still dragging on the floor by about 2 1/2" I went back and asked them to fix the hem. The alteration lady said she would and then added that she would charge me AGAIN!! It wasn't my error as they pinned them there with the same shoes I brought in. I told her that was very upset and didn't think that was fair. I eventually caved and gave in as I was leaving for a trip and needed them the next day. I definitely won't have anything altered there again and honestly think twice about giving them business in the future. Bad business and customer service. Honestly, I will think twice before giving them anymore business. If customer service is not a priority then I'll take my business elsewhere.
