We are thrilled with the renovation of our master bathroom. The team at New Design did an excellent job transforming our 1965 worn out bathroom into a functional 21st century master bath. They took extra care to fix the underlaying problems with rotted floorboards and hacked up joists before installing all the new materials. While there were some issues as the renovation progressed, we now have peace of mind with all new plumbing and electrical, beautiful tiles and a modern toilet. I only wish we had done this 20 years ago.
Ray was the design guy,,John the project manager. Everyone did a good job. In many ways went beyond what they had to do. However after work was completed and paid for there was an issue we didn't like. We contacted New Design twice and have received NO follow up. Other than that we would recommend them.
