My chronic anxiety had me incredibly nervous for my over night-day time sleep study, even after countless calls and reassurances from the staff who were ALL amazing and helpful. When I arrived everything was clean and quiet, my nurse Lorianne was so patient and calm with me and answered all of my questions with an honest smile. When I knocked some of my wires off brushing my teeth in the morning she was kind and understanding when reattaching them. When Pete came in to take over he was also kind and explained exactly how my day would go. He made me laugh seeing my anxiety about this test giving me real answers to my problems. My teenage son went last night for a study, he was very nervous the tech N. took the time to explain it to my son as he was placing all the electronics. I appreciate the tech being patient and kind. The facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Removed one star only because it is difficult to find the location in the dark. I recommend better signage by the road.
